Collapsed Box Gutters

Common Roofing Problem: We were called to replace a 40+ year old, collapsed box gutter in Engadine, Sydney. It was totally rusted out. We get these requests all the time. This problem occurs when the installers fail to apply the correct amount of 'fall'. A gutter over 7 metres long must have a minimum 70mm of fall, to prevent water pooling... which leads to rusting, and to promote a continuous flow of water. Our Solution: We could simply replace the rusted box gutter that is collapsed, but the owner will only experience the same problem occurring in years to come. We prefer to redo the job properly and apply the minimum required amount of fall.
